TERMS OF USE

This Online Course Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Oasis Leadership Development and Consulting (the “Company”) and you the consumer to govern you use, access and participation in the online course (“the Courses”) provided by the Company on the website https://www.sandaraella.com (“Website”).

 

The Course

The Company shall provide access to all the courses (including the course features) listed on the Courses on the Website.

 

Access to the Courses

In order to purchase any of the Courses, you will be redirected to the online learning portal to access the ‘Oasis-Lead Your Development’ Series of Courses, where you must complete the online registration process, create an account, with a user name and log-in password.

 

Payment

By selecting a Course on the online course learning portal, you agree to pay the Company the fees indicated for that Course. Here you will be redirected to the payment screen.

 

Payment processing related to the Course is performed by either the Company directly or by the Company’s affiliates on behalf of the Company depending on the type of payment method used.

 

You agree to pay all fees or charges associated to the advertised price, or where applicable, the negotiated price for courses, any applicable taxes, or billing terms when due payable. You must provide the Company with valid payment information in connection with your order for a Course or any other Services offered by the Company.

 

Limited License

 

By purchasing any Course, you are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and use the Course. All ownership rights in the intellectual property related to the Course remain with the Company and you may not reproduce any of the content in any manner without the express written consent of the Company.

 

You agree not to use the Course or Website to: (a) Do anything that violates local, state, national, or international law or breaches any of your contractual obligations.

 

Course Terms

 

You may not access or use any Course on the Website or create an account for unlawful purposes.

 

You accept that you will not have any recourse against the Company if the Website and/or any Course is down, either for planned or unplanned maintenance.

 

After completion of the Course, you will receive a certificate of participation evidencing your participation and completion of the Course.

 

The Website may enable you to share your content, such as homework, posts you make in virtual or live discussion forums.

 

You will have access to complete the Course over a ninety (90) day period.

Refund Cancellation

The Company will endeavor to provide all Courses published on its Website, however, if there is an unforeseen circumstance, with the exception of force majeure (extraordinary events that are beyond the Company’s control) , a full refund will be granted to the purchaser.

Online Training Refunds: A full Course Refund may occur within three (3) business days from the receipt of the online course, providing that the participant has accessed only twenty-five percent (25 %) of the course platform. More than 25% access will not be processed.

Participants will notify Company by email to [email protected] to activate a refund.

**SUBJECT TITLE (for email) “COURSE REFUND”. One of our agents will contact you to process your request to credit the Course payment through the originating financing payment affiliates.

Should a request to refund the course arrives after three (3) business days, we regret that a refund for the Course will not be processed.

 

 

COURSE DISCLAIMER:

 

Lead Your Development Training Series and the Company, was designed for our learners who are interested in professional education, and other information that will support their leadership journey.

We offer various ‘lived’ leadership, and management experiences, and content, that may not be part of the typical text-book specific learning experience.  

 

We offer the learner with experiences, crafted through our in-depth leadership and development content that will improve professional performance and overall knowledge in leadership, and management concepts.

 

Attendance in our learning community will provide participants with certificates of participation. If you require accredited certificates of completion that you may use towards future post-secondary entry status, or formally for work purposes, you may need to explore that further with those member organizations.
